The SDS2000X Plus Series models support signal acquisition rates up to 120,000 wfm/s in normal mode (500,000 wfm/s in sequential mode). The display supports a 256-step intensity gradation function and a color temperature display function. The trigger system offers many powerful trigger modes including serial bus triggering. Signal history recording, sequence capture, and the search and navigation function enable accurate acquisition, storage and analysis of advanced signal waveforms. The SDS2000X PLus series offers an impressive selection of measurement and calculation functions, a selectable option for a 50 MHz signal generator, serial decoding, mask testing, bode plotting and power analysis.
