1. Make sure that the triangle mark on the lower left circuit board is aimed at the triangle mark on the DediProg devices.

    Warning: An incorrectly installed socket can damage the device and the socket.
2. Align the pin 1 mark on the socket with pin 1 of the IC. Push the top of the socket down to insert the IC.
    Visually check the connection between the socket and the device. If it is connected correctly, the device is ready for the program.
3. We recommend using a tool to handle the socket. Do not touch the circuit board directly, as dirt and static electricity can cause errors when programming the device.
4. After completing the work, remove the adapter from the device.
Note: There are different sizes of socket adapter for ProgMaster programmers.
The standard type (64 x 34 mm) is compatible with ProgMaster-U4 / U8
Special type (64 * 54 mm) only compatible with ProgMaster-U4
