SIGLENT's super phosphor oscilloscope of the SDS1000X-U series is available in a bandwidth of 100 MHz. It has a maximum sampling rate of 1 GSa / s and a maximum recording length of 14 Mpts.

Super-Phosopor-Oscilloscope

The parallel processing architecture of a Super-Phosopor oscilloscope enables the digitization of the signal image parallel to the microP-controlled acquisition so that the speed of the oscilloscope is not impaired.

The SDS1104X-U series uses a new generation of SPO (Super Phosphorus Oscilloscope) technology that provides excellent signal fidelity and performance. Comprehensive display and trigger functions

The SDS1104X-U also has a display function with 256 intensity levels and a color temperature display mode that cannot be found on other models in this class. SIGLENT's newest oscilloscope model supports several powerful trigger modes, including triggering over the serial bus. Serial decoding for IIC, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN bus types is included as standard.

Powerful functions

The X-U models also include history waveform recording and sequential triggering that enable advanced waveform recording and analysis. Another powerful addition is the new 128k-point FFT math function, which gives the SDS1000X-U a very high frequency resolution when observing signal spectra. The new digital design includes a hardware co-processor that provides measurements quickly and accurately without slowing down the acquisition and front panel response.
