The SPD1168 has a high-precision programmable output that can deliver up to 16 V, the SPD1305X has a high-precision programmable output that can deliver up to 30 V, and also includes a 4-wire detection function for more accurate voltage supply, especially for long lines or high-impedance connections. There are additional output short-circuit and overload protection features to support production and development applications.
