Hardware details

The 3000X family has three isolated outputs. Two adjustable channels and one switchable channel of 2.5 V, 3.3 V and 5 V. It also has short circuit and overload protection and can be used in production and development. The resolution is 1mV / 1mA.

Serial output mode

Series and parallel functions allow two channels to be combined into one output with more output power, extending the range of applications. Each of the 3 channels can be switched on or off independently and can also be switched on or off completely.

Internal memory

The SPD3000X series programmable power supply can store or recall 5 groups of setting parameters in internal memory and also supports external memory expansion. Settings can be easily recalled when needed.

Five groups of timing settings and output control can be displayed via front panel operation, providing the user with easy power programming functionality. A full range of communication and control functions can also be utilized by connecting to Siglent's EasyPower PC software.
