Description
TySOM-1A-7Z010 is a compact board with Xilinx Zynq-XC7Z010 All Programmable Device with dual-core ARM Cortex A9 and a choice of peripherals to provide a complete prototyping platform for embedded system designs and IoT applications. As a single board computer, it is equipped with 512 MB RAM (DDR3) and micro SD card socket for application storage up to 32 GB, USB OTG, Digilent Pmod and Gigabit Ethernet for communication and HDMI IN/Out for media.

Applications
The TySOM-1A board configuration enables booting of an embedded Linux operating system or other real-time operating system (RTOS) and early embedded software development in a full-featured hardware environment. The FPGA portion of the Zynq-7000 module enables the development of custom algorithm accelerators and coprocessors or the integration of custom controllers for other on-board peripherals such as accelerometers, CMOS cameras, or a wide range of off-the-shelf Digilent PMOD modules.
